Operations Executives
Basic: Up to $3000
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm , after 6months training will be shift work: 5am to 2pm / 2pm to 11pm

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in bus or big fleet-related operations role
- Must possess prior experience for operations in related fields (logistics, transportation etc)
Job scope
- Attending to customer phone calls
- Assist in checking invoices
- Data entry
- Arrangement and scheduling of bus trips
- Checking of bus movements
- Assist in recruitment of bus drivers
- Liaison with bus drivers
- Assist in checking of bus drivers’ payroll
- Liaison with external bus maintenance vendors
- Ensuring the working condition of bus GPS and CCTV systems
- Application, distribution and tracking of driver’s diesel tags
- Assist in dispatch and back up bus arrangements
- Understudy with operations manager
