Job Description:
· Support the Assistant Director in the execution of best-in-class digital marketing campaigns (social media, influencer, SEO/SEM, display advertising, email, etc) to maximise growth, engagement and conversions
· Develop high-quality, innovative and engaging content (copy, visual assets, infographics) for effective amplification; respond swiftly and diligently to trendjacking opportunities
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, synthesise key data and audience behaviour trends to derive actionable insights and optimise campaigns for better results
· Assist in data storytelling for stakeholder reporting needs; distill data into insightful narratives with impactful visualisation
· Identify opportunities for applying new digital products and services, MarTech, marketing automation or personalisation, to inform marketing strategies and execution
Other duties
· Capability building: Support capability development initiatives by coordinating peer learning / sharing sessions; Develop resources such as playbooks, guides or SOPs to ensure operational effectiveness
· Administration and management: Support on project planning, timelines, budgeting, reporting and archiving; Ensure all procurement activities comply with government financial, procurement and governance guidelines
· Teambuilding: Participate and organise workplan, culture, teambuilding activities
Skills & Experience
- We are looking for a digital native with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and analytics, social media, content and visual design.
- Project Management Experience: Organised, ensure successful management of campaign admin and procurement, timelines, deliverables and outcome
- Storytelling Skills: A wordsmith with creative skills that can make complex information interesting and impactful; an eye for captivating visuals
- Collaborative and Communications Skills: Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with management, staff and external partners
- Growth Mindset: Self-motivated, able to ask why and grasp opportunities to learn and upskill in areas such as MarTech, marketing automation or digital analytics
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in paid media strategies, social media platforms, PowerPoint, Excel and Canva; well-versed in data dashboards and visualisation tools is a plus
