Job Description:

As a Sales Assistant at BOKITTA SINGAPORE PTE LTD, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Service:

- Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Providing product information and answering customer inquiries.

- Assisting customers with product selection and offering recommendations.

2. Sales Support:

- Assisting the sales team in processing orders, returns, and exchanges.

- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.

- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Preparing and packaging products for customers.

3. Inventory Management:

- Monitoring and restocking inventory as needed.

- Conducting regular inventory counts and assisting with replenishment orders.

- Notifying the management team when inventory is low or when products need to be reordered.

4. Administrative Tasks:

- Assisting with paperwork and record-keeping related to sales transactions.

- Keeping track of customer preferences, feedback, and contact information.

- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of sales reports.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Providing support to colleagues as needed and working as part of a cohesive team.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred).

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Basic computer skills for processing orders and using relevant software.

- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
