Job Description
- In charge of A/P, A/R and issuing payments, assist with month/year end G/L closing entries and audit schedule preparation
- Handle quarterly GST reporting for main company and handle full set of accounts for subsidiaries
- Handle admin, payroll & HR functions
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Finance & Accounting with Good Working attitude
- Minimum 2 years related working experience
- Knowledge of NAV software programme will be an advantage
- Knowledge of MOM guidelines will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and ability to work and communicate with all level business partners & external auditors
- Strong team player, self-motivated, detailed oriented, proactive and independent
