We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our tuition centre as a Customer Relations (Frontdesk) representative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The Customer Relations (Frontdesk) role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image for our tuition centre.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warmly greet students, parents, and visitors as they enter the tuition centre and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Respond to inquiries from students and parents regarding course offerings, schedules, fees, and other relevant information.
  • Assist with the enrollment process, including completing registration forms, explaining tuition policies, and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Schedule appointments for students and parents to meet with teachers or staff as needed.
  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Collect tuition fees and ensure accurate recording of payments.
  • Maintain and update student records and administrative documents.
  • Record all math questions in the system.
  • Assist in marketing activities, such as distributing flyers, promoting special events, and collecting feedback from students and parents.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, addressing and resolving issues to the best of your ability, and escalating as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain records of tuition centre-related supplies, such as students' gifts, student scorecards, prizes, and gifts, to ensure an adequate supply for teachers.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and organizing office supplies.
  • Inspect the tuition centre and office regularly and report that non-compliance.
  • Support the essential maintenance of tuition centre facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of tuition centre as and when required.
  • Willing to learn how to conduct student talk with parents.
  • Being familiar with registration or learning software will be an added advantage.
  • Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· 执行一般办公室任务,如复印、文件整理和组织办公用品。

· 定期检查补习中心和办公室,汇报不合规事项。

· 支持补习中心设施和设备的基本维护,根据需要与供应商/承包商/楼宇管理协调进行维修和保养工作。

· 愿意学习如何与家长进行学生谈话。

· 熟悉注册或学习软件将是额外的优势。

· 履行行政职责以及分配的其他临时任务。


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate possess at least Secondary School/"O" Levels / Professional Certificate / NITEC in any field.
  • No experience is required, the training will be given.
  • Passionate about work even during challenging times.
  • Excellent interpersonal and willingness to be trained as a Teacher.
  • Fast-paced working environment and able to multi-task, meticulous.
  • 44 hours per week, able to commit weekdays (inc. evenings) & weekends.
