Receptionist

Our client is a leading Singapore legal firm. They are currently looking for the following to join their expanding team:


RECEPTIONIST


Responsiblities:

  • Manage the reception team as administrative leader and engage with business functions to align development and functional responsibilities
  • Familar with litigation searches, assist associates in due diligence work
  • Provide excellent customer service experience for customers
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage and plan the business travel arrangements – coordinate flight and accommodation booking
  • Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Scheduling meetings and appoitnmetns
  • Data Entry, Phone calls , issusing invoices
  • Handles correspndences and confidential documents
  • Claims submission

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years conveyancing experience
  • Good communication skills both written and spoken
  • Committed and able to multi-task
