Our client is a leading Singapore legal firm. They are currently looking for the following to join their expanding team:
RECEPTIONIST
Responsiblities:
- Manage the reception team as administrative leader and engage with business functions to align development and functional responsibilities
- Familar with litigation searches, assist associates in due diligence work
- Provide excellent customer service experience for customers
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage and plan the business travel arrangements – coordinate flight and accommodation booking
- Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Scheduling meetings and appoitnmetns
- Data Entry, Phone calls , issusing invoices
- Handles correspndences and confidential documents
- Claims submission
Requirements:
- Min 2 years conveyancing experience
- Good communication skills both written and spoken
- Committed and able to multi-task
