Our client is from Education Industry and is a private tertiary institution. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Executive to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central area – easily accessible.
Duties of Sales Executive:
- Conduct periodic assessments of market dynamics to gain insights into consumer behavior and the factors influencing purchasing decisions.
- Regularly examine and report on the competitive landscape, industry trends, and relevant government initiatives.
- Collaborate and assist with assistant head of schools to formulate and excute comprehensive marketing and recruitment plans
- Maintain an up-to-date and professional sales toolkit for the assigned programs.
- Provide professional guidance and advice to potential customers.
- Establish initial contact and follow-ups with all inquiries in accordance with Lead Management guidelines.
- Offer support during company or participating events.
- Cultivate and maintain positive service relationships with both new and existing customers to meet recruitment targets.
- Continually provide viable suggestions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of intra and inter-departmental workflows.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- At least 1-year sales experience in any industry, experience in Education Industry is an added advantage
- Able to commit on weekends when requred.
