Responsibilities:

  1. Acquisition of SME customers via various channels including outbound prospecting.
  2. Assist SME clients with onboarding and conduct customer due diligence to comply with mandatory banking policies and procedures.
  3. Identify cross-sell opportunities and up-sell the Bank’s Beyond Banking products and solutions to help customers in their business growth.
  4. Establish and build long term and profitable banking relationships with customers by actively engaging business owners by understanding and mapping up of their journey & operations, across various industries to develop solutions to address their needs.
  5. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder, with min. 1-2 years of credit and sales experience in the banking industry, covering local SMEs is preferred.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders.
  • Candidates with local SMEs experience would be an added advantage.
