Location: Near Haw Par Villa MRT
5 Days Work Week/ 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2,500 - $3,100
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers' inquiries, providing information about products and services.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to track inventory levels and ensure the availability of products to fulfil customer orders.
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Handle PO, DO, quotations, invoices, and shipping documents.
Requirements
- Diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
