Responsibilities:
1. Implement the company's sales plan, to achieve the sales targets.
2. Develop distributor and agents in target regions/industries, and maintain the relationship. Provide sales/technical support to distributors/agents for promoting sales;
3. Screen and attend exhibition/trade-show globally, to explore potential markets and customers.
4. Collect, organize and feedback information on target market.
5. Through the establishment of deep customer relationship, promote customer re-purchase, transfer introduction, to achieve sales growth.
6. Responsible for the establishment of customer information, storage and classification management.
Skills and Experience
Basic:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Science or above , at least 2 years’ working experience in sales related position.
- Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads;
- Love sales work, diligent and initiative,;Work remotely, to flexible patterns, and with the ability to travel up to 50%;
- Have team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, good Interpersonal building skills.
- Fluent in English
Advanced:
- Majored in Chemical or related;
- Sales experience in instrument/equipment/related;
- Experience in developing new revenue streams;
- Experience in distributor developments;
- Fluent in second languages;
