Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sous Chef and Head Chef in planning and development of recipes
- Prepare and cook menu items according to specification and recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Main clean and sanitised work areas at all times
- Check deliveries and supplies
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with working experience as Assistant Chef
- Must be able to work on shift schedule, split shift, weekends and Public holiday
- Open to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- 5 days work week with last shifts ends at 11pm
