Job Description of the Customer Service Support
- Process day-to-day customer orders.
- Provide related administration support to ensure the smooth fulfilment of sales orders.
- Issuing of invoice, DO and any documents as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute customer servicing function such as ordering taking and follow-up.
- Prepare sales orders, sales invoice, delivery order for customers.
- Operate selected functions of the Customer Relationship Management (Unleased) System.
- Liaise with delivery drivers on delivery.
