Description:
- To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments
- Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival
- Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them
- Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager
Requirement:
- No experience welcome
- Some basic skills in Microsoft office
- Willing to learn, customer service oriented
- Team player
Location workplace: Changi Cargo Megaplex 1
5 days work week, fix off on Sun and rostering off day on Sat, Tue, Wed or Thu
