Air Import Customer Service Coordinator/Officer

The Hr Ecology Pte. Ltd.

Description:

  • To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments
  • Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival
  • Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them
  • Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager


Requirement:

  • No experience welcome
  • Some basic skills in Microsoft office
  • Willing to learn, customer service oriented
  • Team player


Location workplace: Changi Cargo Megaplex 1

5 days work week, fix off on Sun and rostering off day on Sat, Tue, Wed or Thu
