- Issue service order, service entry and /or material vouchers to contractors / vendors within agreed leadtime.
- Manage and coordinate with stakeholders on related projects and ensure proper documentation and reports.
- Track and ensure the end-to-end order issuance and closing procedures.
- Support and assist on procurement, inventory and warehousing functions, including participating in RFQ or tender activities, assisting on material collection /returns matters in accordance with house rules.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.
