Job Description:
Promotions & Campaigns
- Support in planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns and marketing activities (includes both online and offline) for new customers acquisition and to attain sales, conversion and engagement KPIs
- Support and execute content strategy for the website, eDMs and other marketing communication
- Manage site content and marketing collaterals across various touchpoints
- Work with external creative agencies to develop and manage all marketing collaterals and assists in copywriting and proofreading of materials
- Work with appointed agencies and 3rd party vendors to achieve campaign objectives
- Work closely with business development team to incorporate marketing initiative and strategy for product launch and promotions.
- Work closely and relevant stakeholders/tenants to ensure communication material comply with brand standard and guidelines
- Support campaign sales and post-mortem report with analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, derive key insights for business growth
- Monitor and track competitor activities and propose counter competitors’ strategies or activity
- Support all other marketing initiatives and/or adhoc key projects
- Conceptualisation and creation of marketing collaterals including copywriting and adaptations
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Prior experience in E-commerce/campaign related or communications background
