- 6 months contract
The Talent:
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience
- Proven knowledge and experience in an Events role
- Hands-on experience in managing corporate program (End to end)
- Strong organizational skills coupled with precise attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using virtual communication applications, e.g. Zoom, MS Teams
Job Description
- Design and develop training programs and curriculum to achieve defined L&D objectives
- Support the rollout of training programs
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of eLearning initiatives
- Responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Analysis and reporting of training data across the region to support continuous learning and development improvement
- Research on the latest trends and developments in L&D
- Support learning needs analysis and review and update learning catalogues based on career pathways and competency frameworks
