Our client is a renowned MNC software system company and is seeking a Head of Channel Salesperson to oversee their APAC sales. This role is responsible for growing the channel sales across the APAC region and also:
- Manage the APAC team of Channel Business Managers and Inside Channel Managers and drive target achievements.
- Plan and allocate key accounts or territories, and sales targets across channel salespersons.
- Work in close coordination with the VP APAC to align regional sales strategies with the company's global objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Asia subregion to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external distribution partners, local resellers, and system integrators.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to expand market reach and penetration.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity across the region.
- Conduct regular training and enablement programs for channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience and knowledge in Tech Sales industry.
- Prior experience in managing a large or distributed sales team.
- Proven track record of success in software sales through channel partners.
- Experience and knowledge in APAC region.
