Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, with a focus on intermediate excel skills, to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Collaborate with the team on special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a proactive and results-oriented work approach, taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 1year of work related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a preference for intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong soft skills are essential, including effective time management, proactive, and a willingness to learn.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude to accommodate shifting workloads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work remotely, but have to come to office when required
- Contract: One year/extendable
