Responsibilities:
- Single point of Contact for each Purchase Order.
- Overall responsible for managing and co-ordinating the performance of the project team and deliver the Statement of Work (SOW) in the Purchase Order on schedule and within agreed cost.
- Lead team to deliver Application Software / Data Analytics projects that shall achieve the desired outcomes of the Product Owner.
- Coach team in planning the iterations and overall schedule with the Product Owner, develope the Product Backlog, define the requirements and completion criteria for each iteration.
- Lead and guide the development team, track the overall progress of the development and report this to key stakeholders.
- Be the main point of interaction between the team and the Product Owner.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant computer science, information technology or related fields.
- At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in Agile projects.
- Certified Scrum Professional.
- Must have good understanding of the Scrum framework and the ability to train others in its subtleties.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
