Working Hours:
- 11am – 8pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador of NEAU
- Perform beauty treatments for customers with high standards of customer service
- Provide professional comprehensive skin/body analysis advice to customers and recommendations on products, treatments and packages
- Exposure to a diverse range of beauty treatments including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal etc
- Handle customers' requests and enquiries
- Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies
- Keep beauty salon clean, tidy and hospitable at all times
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers
Job Requirements:
- Recognised professional beauty certification preferred
- Prior experience in beauty / aesthetics / spa industry as a beautician, therapist or aesthetician with a minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Friendly disposition with a great service attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
