Responsibilities
- Generate new members by identifying prospective customers and actively creating leads
- Present club facilities/services and provide appropriate recommendations
- Engage prospective customers through phone calls and in person
- Develop and maintain quality relationships with members
- Work closely with team members to enhance the customer experience
- Achieve and surpass daily and monthly goals
Requirement
- Strong interest in health and fitness.
- Keen on pursuing a career in a fast paced and intense sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
- Possess a good sense of customer service, responsibility and integrity
- Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week
