Account Servicing Coordinator

The Events Club Sg Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in handling projects.
  • To service existing and new clientele.
  • To follow up with clients on their needs and requirements.
  • Running events with the Sales Director.
  • Build excellent relationships with clients.
  • Liaising with vendors and contractors.
  • Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
  • To take over a Job from the Sales Director once it has been closed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder or higher.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good communications & organizational skills.
  • A team player.
  • Keen & fast learner.
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays, when needed.
  • Able to present appropriate documentation for projects.

Benefits:

  • Yearly bonus.
  • Yearly payout.
  • Starting salary S$2.5k – S$3k excluding project allowance.

You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle situations flexibly. Malaysians and LTVP holders are welcome to apply.
