Senior Accountant

Responsibilities
· Prepare monthly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
· Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts
· Analyze monthly financial performance and explain the significant variance
· Report financial performance to management and holding company
· Lead and manage effective completion of audit, tax and GST filing
· Review and approve all the payment request and ensure compliance fulfillment
· Review and approve staff claim and ensure compliance fulfillment
· Perform effective cash management through, including but not limit to, monitoring daily cash flow, performing cash planning and forecasting for upcoming payment
· Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
· Provide guidance to accounts executives through effective and periodical communication
· Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
· Prepare periodical and ad-hoc report as requested by Group CFO or CEO
· Manage and handle all the query from management, bankers, or counter-party
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or relevant
· Min 5 years’ solid experience in full sets accounts and consolidation
· Strong familiarity in Standard Accounting Concepts, Practices and Procedures
· Candidates with Commodities and LC knowledge and experience will have added advantage
