Sales Assistant (Co-ordination & Admin)

Job Description:

  1. Providing sales support such as attending to RFQ or inquiry from client and follow up.
  2. Execute orders received and liasing with warehouse in-charge for packing and preparing for delivery or pick-up.
  3. Arrange delivery for orders that has been packed.
  4. Laise with suppliers, vendors and forwarders as required.
  5. Provide admin support and general office housekeeping.
  6. Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times.
  7. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
  8. Keep a clean and safe environment and optimize space system.
  9. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulation.

Requirement:

  • At least a year experience in procurement and/or as sales support.
  • Min. O level qualification
  • A team player and willing to work under pressure.

Working Hour & Location:

  • Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • 1 Hour lunch break
  • Location is at East area (Tampines)
