Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
- Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division’s hiring needs
- Support the administration of scholarship and internship
- Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
- Processing of Employee claims
- Employee event management ranging from sourcing of vendors, designing of EDMs and on-site support.
- Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
- Address to employees’ issues promptly
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above with at least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and Talent Operations
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and is Tech Savy
- Meticulous in record keeping
- Able to work independently
- Resilience to withstand pressure from high recruitment volume
- Candidate with prior experience with Workday is an added advantage
