Job Description
- Formulate brand strategies for building the brand image and increasing the brand awareness
- through integrated marketing solutions, including above-the-line and below-the-line advertising, and Public Relations
- Lead all marketing programmes, including but not limited to social media advertising and e-commerce platform.
- Identify segment opportunities for enhancing the business development and increase sales revenue for the brand
- Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listing content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after-sales service etc.
- Manage reporting of e-commerce sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.
- Liaise with e-commerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
- Support business development efforts in developing marketing and e-commerce solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing and related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ sale & marketing experience in the field of skin care baby care / personal care and preferably familiar with FMCG categories.
- Experience in an e-commerce role is an added advantage.
- Strategic thinking, proactive, proactive, self-motivated, creative and a team player.
- Good strategic thinking with proven record in brand management.
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Cantonese for client communication and relationship management.
