- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Location: Serangoon North
- Monthly Base Salary Range: Up to $5500
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Process Engineer and the Engineering team to ensure compliance with quality control requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation for inspection criteria and quality plans.
- Forge strong working relationships with QA, process, and product teams to proactively identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct thorough quality control audits during both in-process and final stages.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality to ensure all products meet necessary criteria.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering.
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience within the electronics product manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, as well as FDA regulations.
- Understanding of IPC requirements in PCB Assembly, along with quality standards for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining components.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers in China, addressing quality concerns, implementing corrective actions, and establishing robust quality control procedures.
