In this role, you will join the Finance & Accounting Division that is responsible for providing finance support specifically involved in financial statutory reporting, accounting, financial reporting to internal and/or external stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Part of local finance team for managing the accounting activities covering financial reporting (group and statutory).
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and provide support day-to-day in the finance operations team.
- Support local management in development and analysis of business plans and costs savings opportunities.
- Liaise with auditors, reporting for tax compliance, preparation of tax documents and regulatory matters.
- Learn the management viewpoints, company policies and best practices through assignments and rotations in various business units.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates should possess at least a recognized Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, team player, result oriented and independent.
- A natural problem-solver with sound professional judgement and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and self-motivated.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese associates for work purpose) and excellent verbal and written.
