Job Description:
· Assist Project Manager in tendering, understand the tender specification requirement.
· Taking Tender BQ, liaises with Main Con, QS, Suppliers, Contractors, etc.
· Need take BQ on Construction Drawing thereafter for Variation Purpose.
Job Requirement:
· Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying in ACMV or its equivalent.
· 2 to 3 years relevant working experience of QS in ACMV is required.
· Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
· Understand the market updates and construction cost trend.
· Maintenance of proper documentation.
· English is a must. (reading/writing/speaking)
· Able to start with short notice.
· All are welcome. (We prefer Singaporean, PR or Malaysian if possible)
