Who are we looking for?

We are currently hiring a Accounts Assistant who has interest and is excited by the opportunity to be part of a small team with an ambition to build a strong finance capability for a growing startup.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Account payables and Account receivable.
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure that all payments are in accordance with internal control and reporting requirements
  • Reconciliation of AP and AR accounts
  • Process monthly claims expense and disbursement
  • Assist in maintaining cashflow reports and forecasts on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close on time.
  • Support continuous improvement in internal controls and business processes.
  • Perform other ah-hoc duties assigned by the department manager.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma-level qualifications in accounting or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possesses Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Would be comfortable in an unstructured environment where ambiguity is the norm, and demonstrated ability to deliver expected outcomes in such settings
