The personnel is responsible for business development, managing key accounts, marketing, sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers and meeting sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyse market / customer needs to determine the prevalent trends (e.g. technology trend), dynamics & market movements
• Analyse potential business opportunities / new market expansion
• Develop sales proposals/tender documents
• Perform administrative support for project management processes
• Maintain customer relationship & resolve customer conflicts
• Deploy logistics services that meet customer requirements
• Propose ways to eliminate gaps & weaknesses in supply chain operations
• Review the latest technology trends for application to logistics business
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Logistics/ Supply Chain-related discipline
• Preferably two (2) years of experiences in sales / business development field
• Strong communication (verbal & written) & Interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently
