Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our Singapore office. This position will manage all office administration matters and provide support on HR administration including staff on/off-boarding, recruitment coordination, travel arrangements, benefits administration and events coordination.
Job Responsibility
Office Administration:
• Oversee general office operations office administration including ordering and maintaining adequate stock of office and pantry supplies, courier of documents, etc
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff traveling to/from the Singapore office
• Office facility management
• Coordinate annually and quarterly office events
HR Administration:
• Support staff on/off-boarding in the Singapore office including work pass application, new hire orientation, exit process and etc
• Prepare and submit employer-related claims for NS Makeup, Government-Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave
• Assist in benefits administration (term life, medical and dental benefits) and other staff welfare
• Coordinate interview schedules for the Management team for hiring in the Singapore office
• Other HR tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably as a HR Generalist or Recruiter
• Familiar with work pass applications/ renewals and the Compass framework and process
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Detailed-oriented, independent, flexible and team-oriented
• Meticulous, self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity
