Job Description:
- Work closely with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs
- Provide consultative advice to clients on their staffing & hiring solutions
- Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Manage candidates' expectations and clients' requirements and placing right talent for the job
- Develop talent pipelines and networking
- Manage job offer closure and salary negotiation process
- Conduct business development outreach to clients
- Mentor and coach new consultants
