Responsibilities:
- Create and manage user identities and access privileges for employees, clients, and partners in compliance with company policies and industry best practices
- Continuously monitor and maintain user accounts, addressing onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
- Establish and maintain access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive financial data.
- Respond to access requests, troubleshoot access-related issues, and provide support to employees.
- Investigate and resolve authentication-related incidents and anomalies.
- Ensure IAM processes align with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Regularly update access controls and policies based on evolving security standards and best practices
- Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and mitigate security incidents related to identity and access management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of identity and access management processes, policies, and configurations.
To succeed in this role, you need to have 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) or a related field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent will be advantageous
- Proven experience in identity and access management within the financial industry will be advantageous
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards pertaining to financial security
- Strong knowledge of access control technologies and practices
- Proficiency in using identity and access management tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
