JOB SUMMARY


Marketing Manager is an integral part of the Tadcaster team which leads the overall Brand and consumer strategy comprising of Brand management, Marketing, Social Media and Digital, PR & Communications, Loyalty, and Consumer Insights functions.

In this exciting, fast-paced position, the Marketing Manager, will be supporting the Director, in driving communications for consumer initiatives in Singapore.


The Manager, together with the Directors, will oversee the strategic marketing for Tadcaster’s venues which includes more than 4 brands BQ Bar, Molly Malones, The Exchange and two Café Melba one at Goodman with the sister venue at Mediapolis.


The Marketing team establishes the group’s vision and works with the team to identify goals and KPIs to drive Marketing PR results for the Venues, driving brand affinity as well as building awareness of the venues.

The scope includes working together with the Director to be responsible for fully integrating Marcomms into each brand’s overall consumer marketing plans and objectives, developing and successfully executing these consumer-focused plans utilizing out-of-the-box thinking that drives awareness of, and action by, the company’s target consumers.


The ideal candidate must be proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented a Marketing professional who possesses a clear understanding of the integrated media landscape and contributes to compelling storytelling for Tadcaster Hospitality.


CANDIDATE PROFILE


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Formal training in integrated marketing, a university degree or equivalent experience.

· 4+ years minimum in integrated marketing a must.

· Consumer Social Media public relations /or media experience/ corporate & hospitality industry experience required.

· Experience in the development of content and go to market planning.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· Good understanding F&B, hospitality, consumer goods or entertainment industry

· Solid understanding of the print, electronic, broadcast and social arenas

· Solid logistics, projects and events management experience necessary

· Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word computer programs.

· Extensive knowledge of social media platforms

· Excellent English writing skills and oral proficiency.


SCOPE

· Work alongside the Directors to develop and execute the integrated marketing strategies of campaigns and initiatives.

· Supports, coordinates and executes innovative Marketing programs that will increase revenue and awareness, creating a positive perception of the brands. Programs should address specific needs as outlined in the marketing plan(s) and capitalize on unexpected opportunities as they arise.

· Works alongside the Director to implement holistic integrated marketing to target customers to achieve business goals.

· Coordinates and liaises with 3rd party agencies

· Provides timely and accurate responses. Stays abreast of news; launches proactive communications plan internally and externally.

· Maintains professional relationships with media, bloggers, influencers and gain cooperation and respect to earn a reputation as a source of reliable, newsworthy information.

· Schedule daily content across all social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok.

· Post Instagram stories in alignment with the marketing calendar.

· Create engaging Instagram feed weekly for approval alongside any engagement opportunities.

· Daily community management of social media accounts, including monitoring customer comments and tagged photos and inbox messages.

· Monitor and report on the performance & engagement of social media platforms.

· Assist on photoshoots when needed and responsible for all social content.

· Work in conjunction with and collaboratively with external SEO and CRM teams.

· Creative Ideation & External Lens: Responsibilities of this role include the development and implementation of creative approaches to attract media attention and interest in Tadcaster venue brand stories – whether that is through unique partnerships, experiential activations, one-of-a-kind events or leaning into trends (including sustainability and the cultural, sporting zeitgeist) in a way that is authentic for the specific brands.

· Writing: The individual in this role is responsible for creating, editing and developing their own materials including messaging, news releases, executive briefs, talking points, presentations among other documents.
