Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage key executive's calendars, schedules, appointments across global time zones.
- Schedule and organize monthly SEA leadership meetings, take accurate minutes, follow up on action items.
- Preparation of presentation materials, and meeting reports.
- Organize complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, other logistics details.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders professionally and build a positive relationship on behalf of the senior executives.
- In charge of expense reporting in a timely manner.
- Support SEA regional town hall for important event logistics.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Executive Assistant function
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Solid experience in supporting senior executive
- Good communication skills and organizational skills
