Position: Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Creative Tasks:
- Collaborate with the team to generate innovative and unconventional ideas and themes for executing pre-opening bashes, festivities, and ad hoc client events.
- Produce creative marketing materials, including event posters, flyers, banners, menus, corporate cards, emailers, and more.
- Planning and Coordination
- Plan monthly menus and special event menus in coordination with internal stakeholders (Operations Managers, Unit Managers, Chefs/Cooks).
- Coordinate the acquisition of event props and decorations in advance, ensuring that outlets are appropriately themed for upcoming festivities and events.
- Organize and contribute to the planning of events, such as pre-opening bashes, festivities, and special client ad-hoc events.
- Exhibit strong logistical planning skills, collaborating closely with the logistics and operations team for each event.
Other Responsibilities:
- Generate necessary corporate materials like menus, food tags, price tags, and notice posters.
- Maintain event props and the work area in an orderly manner.
- Identify and source new external vendors for potential event collaborations and opportunities.
- Help the Marketing Manager with various ad-hoc projects and assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Possess strong creative thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, ethical conduct, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with tight schedules.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a focus on the finer details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus (optional).
- Work experience is not mandatory.
