Sleek is now searching for a Sales Development Executive to join the team, while collaborating with the global offices. As we are continuously growing, this job posting is permanent and applications will be reviewed periodically.

Position Duties
  • Focus on sourcing new leads and prospect for the outbound team
  • Use scraping tools to collect a database of potential leads
  • Keep track of the outbound outreach in Hubspot and on Google Sheets to assess the results
  • Work closely with the Outbound team to target difference verticals and segment
  • Constantly on the lookout for new revenue opportunities, networking and strategic partnerships
  • Build and adapt sales strategies to meet customer and business needs
  • Drive Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
  • Nurture prospect relationships through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with Sleek’s product offering resulting in a long-term relationship
  • Improve existing lead acquisition channels in conjunction with internal teams
  • A minimum of 2 years working with external clients, with a proven track record selling products or services (B to B preferred)
  • A previous experience in BDR/SDR is a must
  • Proactive with a positive attitude to roll up their sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded
  • A networker by heart with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
  • Hubspot experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Always looking for ways and opportunities to improve the client experience
