Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist 
Location: Singapore

Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced, groundbreaking Digital Acquisitions Strategy and Operations team (DASO). The role requires strong relationship-building skills, an eye for operational efficiencies, and a mastery of workflows and processes. This person will act as part of the client-facing arm of DASO, advocating for internal client needs and keeping them up to date with actionable insights about campaign performance. They will help define a strategy for content syndication as a channel and drive cross-team execution of successful digital campaigns on behalf of their stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience in content syndication/B2B marketing and running operationally complex programs. They have a proven track record of meeting campaign goals and achieving excellent client satisfaction. They have expertise or familiarity with other digital channels as well.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop content syndication plans for various campaigns with an eye to meeting goals and KPIs
  • Help to prepare and deliver media activation proposals and end-of-campaign reports
  • Manage digital campaign budgets with third-party vendors
  • Obtain all assets, creatives, and required tracking needed to launch campaigns
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Strategy team as needed, ranging from email communication with media agencies and/or external vendors, following up on outstanding issues, budget confirmation, etc.
  • Stay on top of campaign pacing and acts proactively to solve any issue that surfaces
  • Work with internal stakeholders and Ad Operations on campaign optimizations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver fully integrated campaigns
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance according to relevant goals and metrics
  • Help to identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
  • Help to determine the best media mix for our campaign objectives
  • Follow digital media trends (programmatic, social, search, content syndication, etc.)
