Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day‐to‐day IT operations and provide full technical support to ad‐hoc/maintenance customer for all set‐up, installation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance,troubleshooting, migration of desktops/notebooks PCs’ hardware/software, data and associated peripherals;
- Possess basic experience in LAN/WAN network administration of CLI switches, firewall administration and wireless access point;
- Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions for technical issues promptly. Respond and coordinate system fault recovery activities and cyber security incidents;
- Deploy, manage and maintain software and database;
- Apply patches, upgrades and configuration or other procedures as required;
- Control and maintain files access permission on servers;
- Manage proper backup is performed and restored in periodically basis;
- Implementation and upkeep of IT security policies;
- Manage IT inventory control and all requisition matters;
- Play an advisory role to Management on technical problems, IT upgrading and trends;
- Must be able to travel all over the island;
- Other work assigned by Manager;
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Degree;
- Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in IT infrastructure and/or the related field;
- CCNA/CCNP certification is an added advantage;
- Familiar with Microsoft OS (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, 2003, 2008 and 2012), server support in end user environment, Active Directory, Backup Executive, Firewall and Switches, SQL database;
- Knowledge in network management and troubleshooting;
- Well‐organized, able to prioritize work tasks and executive with minimal supervision, responsible;
- Keen to learn, explore, disciplined, and responsible. Able to think ‘out‐of‐the‐box’ and have an aptitude for innovation and problem solving;
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, team player, resourceful and resolve problems independently;
- Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage;
