E-Discovery Specialist
Singapore: SGD6,000 to SGD10,000
Work Arrangement: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (Singapore)
Centific is seeking to hire an E-Discovery Specialist to support our Electronic Discovery and Support of Litigation, and Managed Data Review.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform various e-discovery projects for multinational companies and law firms relating to fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, financial transactions, privilege logs and regulatory investigations.
- Responsibilities include document review consisting of First Line Review, quality checks, audits & consistency.
- Quality Checking with ability to conceptualize careful & sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to specified standards imparting training on various quality control platforms.
- Privilege Redactions and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Redactions including native excel redaction
- Experience of writing queries and calibrations, preparing daily status reports.
- Worked in matters related to Regulatory Investigations, Breach of Contract, Bankruptcy, Privilege Matters, Financial and Banking matters.
- Experience in working with different platforms like Relativity, eDP, Everlaw and performing searches.
- Passionate technologist with a focus on improving processes, delivery, and user-experience.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a paralegal performing hands-on experience in eDiscovery for over 2 years, or manual discovery for over 3 years.
- Ability to think critically and in a legal, or regulatory framework.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous scenarios
- Willing to work onsite in George Town, Penang
Preferred Qualifications:
- Awareness of jurisdictional issues.
- Law degree strongly recommended. LL.M, or LL.B
- Experience in using eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, eDP.
