We are currently seeking a Senior Advanced Engineering Managerto join our Integrated Supply Chain team in our Joo Koon Circle office. Reporting to the Director Advanced Manufacture Engineering, your role will primarily be centered on leading the evolution and enhancement of Honeywell's manufacturing processes. Oversee a team of managers and professional engineers, championing efficiency, consistency, and top-tier performance throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Development: Enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring they align with Honeywell's standards.
- Reliability Engineering and Production Processes:Ensure the application of reliable engineering methods in all production processes.
- Resource Management: Ensure optimal utilization of resources in a dynamic environment.
- Quality Review: Regularly review quality output, providing guidance and coaching for improvements.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Talent Management: Scout, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring they align with Honeywell's values.
- Project Planning and Execution Oversight: Supervise and direct projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
