As an experienced consultant, you will
- Strengthen your market specialty with new clients and network that Gravitas currently works with, with mentorship and leadership of veterans in the field
- Develop and capitalise on existing client relationships to further develop your own business and network
- Work with a recruitment firm actually built on values, transparency, and honesty
- Work in a high-performing culture where everyone is consistently striving for their personal best
- Advise clients and candidates using your own market knowledge to provide specific and tailored solutions that fit their needs
- Join our award-winning "Senior Consultant Development Programme" that focuses on advanced recruitment skills to prepare you as a future mentor and manager to junior consultants
If you,
- Have at least 2 years in the recruitment industry
- Have a track record of consistent billing
- Are looking to build a long-term career in one place instead of jumping agencies
- Have experience cold-calling and doing business development
