Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers' requests and inquiries.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
· Stay updated on product knowledge to provide relevant information to customers.
· Assist with creating and maintaining a positive, customer-focused work environment.
Requirements:
· Minimally 2 years of customer service experience
· Candidates with knowledge or experience in the investment/trading field will be an added advantage
· Bilingual with excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively handle challenging situations
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
