A. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop organisation development initiatives such as facilitating dialogue sessions with management and staff, introducing capability development frameworks and using culture tools to strengthen team effectiveness and cohesion, guide and steer organisation to achieve organisational goals and desired organisation culture.
- Support the collection of employee feedback data and use the data to make informed decisions on appropriate interventions.
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate the organisation’s Talent Management frameworks and initiatives.
- Implement and manage change management communication channels to support the organisation’s transformation journey.
- Organise organisation-wide events, like Organisation Excellence Day, Board and management retreats, townhall sessions etc.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and drive change initiatives.
B. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Organisational Development experience and/or 5 years of HR experience with keen interest in Organisational Development.
- Good written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful.
- Independent, with a positive and growth mindset.
- Able to work effectively independently and in teams.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders, leveraging data and insights, and relationships.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a team.
