As a Sales and Marketing Head of the Regional CIP (Commercial & Industrial Printing) Division, you will Develop, Drive and Support Sales within our Region in the Graphic & Arts market.

Your Job: Scope & Responsibilities
In your role as a “Sales and Marketing Head” within the Regional CIP Division, you will be responsible for driving and supporting Sales within Graphic & Arts market segment. With your expertise and in-depth knowledge of this industry (applications, workflow, production methodologies & equipment, calculation methods, investment behavior, etc), you will develop, guide and coach our salesforce in the countries and regions to be successful in selling our wide range of Digital Systems for this market.
The solutions we provide include systems containing high-end hard- and software components which are often tailored to the customer’s requirement. Together with the Regional Marketing team, you develop strategies to successfully market our offerings, and execute these together with local sales-teams in the countries and regions. On a regular basis, you visit and help local sales organizations in the sales process to talk to customers/prospects to close sales orders. You need a strong working relationship with local CIP team to build trust. You need to be involved in Sales Cycles in the field, to give a meaningful input on sales forecasting and develop/implement programs to enhance our sales into this market. You also need to know the market trend, competitors’ strength and weakness, pricing, and our value against the competitors to have the winning edge.

· Bachelor’s degree
· “Can Do” mentality with a strong willingness to take personal responsibility of projects and the drive to extend and defend our leading market position
· At least 10 years Sales manager experience with proven sales achievements in the G&A industry
· In-depth knowledge about applications, workflow, production methodologies & equipment, the most important competitors and their offerings, calculation methods, investment behavior in the G&A environments.
· Basic Computer & IT Skill (Microsoft Excel & Power Point, internet search)
· Very effective communicator, with good written and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized and efficient
· Strong in Problem Solving
