- Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.
- Conduct an MEP coordination meeting with all MEP trade sub-contractors.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for MEP services.
- Monitor all M&E subcontractors site work progress and their workforce according the construction schedule
- Coordinate and supervise with the M&E subcontractors periodically
- Ensure installations are carried out according to plans
- Review M&E drawings and lookout for discrepancies between actual progress works and approved drawings
- Conduct on-site inspections with team periodically to understand the work in progress and lookout for discrepancies and workmanship qualities
- Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline and with quality and accuracy
- Draft plans & detailed drawings for MEP installations from sketches/notes
- Update M&E drawings and compile as-built drawings for submission and approvals
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience as M&E engineer doing LTA/MRT projects
- Able to start work within a short notice period will have an added advantage
- Diploma / degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering / Building Services or related fields
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit / BIM software
Salary Range : $4500 - $6000 depending on experience and qualififcations
