Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal and department’s sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Maintain stock-count and keep assigned areas clean
- Actively seek out customers in store
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Able to speak and understand simple English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Relevant experience of selling consumer electrical products, bedding, furniture and/or Air con will be an added advantage
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- No experience may also apply.
- Welcome part timers too.
Working Hours:
- 44 hours work week and on roster basis
