Salary

Requirements
• Computer literate
• Possessed CEI (Basic) Certificate (Mandatory)
• Experience in employment agency in Singapore is preferred;
• Past sales experiences, comfortable with cold call.
• Prior experience in recruitment of maid agency, construction, manufacturing or service sector is an advantage
• Able to work independently and in a team
Responsibilities:
• Find clients and build a network/ long-term relationships
• Sourcing and supplying candidates (For construction, manufacturing, service industry, F&B, etc…)
• Screening /Assessing of the candidates before proposing to clients
• Match the most suitable candidates for clients
• Organizing candidate's bio data.
• Provide after-sales service and maintain excellent client and candidate relationships
• Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and client
• Familiar with MOM rules and regulations
• Energetic and committed in providing excellent customer service
