Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pega Operations Developer to join our firm. In this role, you will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure the efficient operation of Pega applications, meeting business requirements and delivering a seamless user experience. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting, issue resolution, incident management, and continuous improvement of our Pega applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure Pega applications run efficiently and meet business requirements.
- Support: Provide first-level and second-level support for Pega applications, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Incident Management: Manage and track incidents and problems related to Pega applications, ensuring timely resolution and conducting root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring issues.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and bugs within Pega applications and devise solutions to address these issues.
- Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Actively participate in troubleshooting and bug fixing to maintain the stability and reliability of Pega applications.
- Enhancements: Implement change requests (CRs) and enhancements to enhance the functionality and performance of Pega applications.
- Monitoring: Perform system monitoring and log analysis to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
- Deployment: Assist in the production code deployment process to ensure seamless application updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Pega certification(s) such as Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to Pega applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This role is on an initial contract basis of 12 months.
